I do hope you have declared any financial interest in promoting the good Dr’s book!
Mark did promise to send me a free review copy.
I’ve been had haven’t I?
I should have asked for at least 10% of any royalties.
Next time I have something on ebay, I’ll post it on here too.
I ordered my copy from Amazon on 25 April 2012. Today, 3 July 2012, I have just received yet another e-mail from Amazon to say that their supplier had notified them that there is a delay obtaining stock.
Does anyone know why there has been such a delay and when Dr Friston’s book really will become available?
